Chef Brandon is a graduate of Stratford Chef School. He grew up on a farm and knowing where his food comes from has been a guiding principle in his style of cooking today. Involved in the 'Farm to Cookery' movement as an Executive Chef in 5-Star hotels and restaurants\, he has a passion about the magic of food and how it helps to build Community.\nIt's an Open House - Food & Flavour ExtravaganzaNo charge. No admission fee.
