Leads Employment Services

About Us

Leads Employment Services is an award-winning, not-for-profit employment and skills development

agency, proudly recognized as Best of London in 2023, 2024 and 2025. They provide specialized services for people

with disabilities and/or employment related barriers across Southwestern Ontario and have been since 1986. Their

employment specialists work with clients who need varying levels of assistance developing skills and accessing

employment opportunities, and/or post-employment supports. Leads Employment Services also works with

various Employers and their hiring needs, including screening, matching as well as on-boarding.
